transitioning to Koha and are in the process of setting up our email
<BR>"overdue notice" template. We've been told there is one notice sent for each
<BR>item on the account... so if a patron had 5 overdue books, he/she would
<BR>receive 5 seperate emails. Has anyone found a solution for this
