When you’re generating the PDF did you change the program Koha is
supposed to use? It may still be trying to use the newer version of
Acrobat.<br>

What version of Acrobat are you using? We discovered that the
barcodes wouldn’t appear on the labels unless we used an earlier version
of Acrobat. We’re using 7.0 right now.<br>

No idea why that is but it works for us.<br>

I did a test barcode label run and the barcode itself is not created. It
gives the barcode number and the title but not the lines. Do I need to
install a barcode font?<br>
