I just upgraded from 3.01 to 3.02.<BR>
<BR>
After upgrading I found a new field "Fine Days" in Circulation and fine<BR>
Rules section.<BR>
<BR>
Whats the purpose of this field?<BR>
<BR>
Another problem is that, not able to save a new fine rule.<BR>
<BR>
It does not save the new fine rule when clicking on Add button after<BR>
entering values in all fields.<BR>
<BR>
I request your urgent attention to this problem.<BR>
