I had this problem when I was running rebuild-zebra.pl as root. zebra
creates some file and set their ownerships to the user running
rebuild-zebra.pl. When Koha tries to modify those files, access is
denied.<br>
<br>
Check the ownership of the files located in the two following directory
(default install)<br>
<br>
/var/lib/koha/zebradb/authorities/register<br>
/var/lib/koha/zebradb/biblios/register<br>
<br>
Let us know if this works!<br>

I have problem with koha 3.00 on ubuntu 9.04, i had installed it
successfully and all ok but i faced problem when import bibliographic
record and save it then search about it (no result) im go to run
rebuildzebra to index data and its ok and search again i found the
bibliographic record but when add more bibliographic records i faced
same problem when search about it and tun again rebuildzebra but i
found the files bibliosocket and authoritysocket empty <br>
please f any body can help me<br>
