<br>Patron import should be straight forward enough using CSV in the web interface. It now reports back with a lot more verbosity when it finds problems.<br><br>As for the biblio records, I'm not sure if there is a slicker way to do it, but like a normal (non-Koha) migration, I would just look to dump all the MARC out of your database and load it in the new one. You might want to use MARC::Lint, marcedit or another tool to do some analysis and possible cleanup while you're looking at all the data in a flat file anyway.<br>

After some playing with databases I have Koha 3 up and running. Hurray! And thanks to Owen Leonard and Mason James!<br>

It all sems to work fine, entered some patrons and books manually to test, even the z39.50 search works wonderful.<br>

However, i would have liked the next step to be easier, I get error upon error trying to import any data from Koha 2.2.9. Having started at I think Koha 2.2.7, all updates were rather seamless. Apparently it is not as straightforward with a new release... Is there any place with examples on how to get data from a previous version into Koha 3? I did a few searches, but most of them, if not all, seem to be concerned mainly with the installation of Koha 3. At the moment I cannot even get the patrons loaded from a CSV file, never mind the biblios, and even if we are a small library 6000 items and 800 patrons is a bit too much to do by hand...<br>
