Wide Character problems usually relate to encoding issues, but the biblionumber=0 in the URL might suggest something else. There shouldn't be any biblionumber 0. <br><br>I would make sure to check that you have followed the encoding_scrathpad wiki completely, and then get into mysql command line (in a UTF-8 session, shell, terminal and client) and start looking at the data being dealt with in that command.<br>
