Installing koha 2.2.9 on Windows.<br>

Problem: Despite numerous attmepts, unable to install Koha 2.2.9 on<br>
Windows with Mysql Adminsitrator - thus can't save the data base. We<br>
receive error on the repository 122 (perl Modules) and 781 (koha).<br>
Error reads "perl command line 122 and 781 encountered a problem"<br>

Can anyone help, please????<br>
