We have installed Koha 3.0.0 RC1 (koha-3.00.00-stableRC1.tar.gz) on Debian Linux and entered data (Catalogues as well as Patrons).<br>

We have upgraded to Koha Version 3 (koha-3.00.00.tar.gz). To upgrade to Version 3, we have followed the instructions from INSTALL.debian file.<br>
<br>
perl Makefile.PL --prev-install-log /path/to/koha-install-log<br>
make<br>
make test<br>
sudo make upgrade<br>
<br>
After upgrading, when we access "<a href="http://localhost:8080/" target="_blank">http://localhost:8080/</a>", the web installer gave a message saying "upgrading from <a href="http://3.00.00.94" target="_blank">3.00.00.94</a> to <a href="http://3.00.00.107" target="_blank">3.00.00.107</a>" and database must be updated. It successfully updated the database.<br>
<br>
Now when we try to access, "<a href="http://localhost" target="_blank">http://localhost</a>" (OPAC interface), we are getting the following message (or error):<br>
<br>
"System Maintenance ... we'll be back soon! If you have any questions, please contact the Site Administrator"<br>
