I try to do cataloguing without using z39.5 search. But everytime i want to<br>
add the Bibliographic record this message will appear.<br>
- 1 mandatory tag empty<br>
--- (tab t)<br>
- 0 mandatory fields empty ( see bold subfields)<br>

This problem won't happen when i'm using z39.5 for cataloguing work.<br>
