This has been fixed in HEAD. Should be included in Beta3.

Subject: [Koha] Patron categories don't show in K3:

We have set our patron categories in Koha/Administration/Patron Categories, however when we go to Home/patrons and click new+ to add a new patron we do not get our list of categories but some default list. How to we get Koha to show our categories?
