trying to restart MySQL and Apache. I ran into the same problem when I first

i managed to install koha-2.2.9 ( i installed it on Ubuntu 6.06 )but i think
it has a problem .<br>
whenever i run http://192.168.1.173 (my computer ip address)<br>

and quickly disappears and an error message appears : <br>
