You can in fact delete by barcode. Beware of the deaccession and the frumious bandersnatch. You will make more work for yourself if you accidentally delete something.<br>

Go to the purple Cataloguing Intranet pages. <br>
Do a search for other options Item Barcode.<br>
Plug in the item's barcode and hit enter.<br>
Click on the summary display of the item.<br>
>From this screen, there are little tabs at the top. <br>
Pick the delete tab.<br>
It should ask for confirmation.<br>
Click yes.<br>
*poof* item gone!<br>
