<div>I have a library where I have over 100 periodicals, some are monthly, some weekly. My library lends periodicals with a specific charge. how do i set it up in koha? Specifically, how do I issue periodicals to borrowers??

<div>-set up a supplier</div>
<div>-added a subscription</div>
<div>-created a rule for issue numbering</div>
<div>-"received" a few issues </div>

<div>After that I have hit a block and am not able to figure out how to lend out the periodicals to borrowers. </div>
