If you haven't already, be sure to read through the "Issuing Rules" section of Chapter 1 of the Users Guide, <a href="http://www.kohadocs.org/usersguide">http://www.kohadocs.org/usersguide</a>. Then please let us know how you have your issuing rules set.

I have defined issuing rules for the students as after 7 days they have to pay Rs 5 per day as fine. But when i make a checkout to the user, It shows the fine from the very first day in user's account. I don,t know where I am doing wrong.
