the new 'stable' koha 23.05 does not support ubuntu 18.04/bionic, because koha needs
a newer version of weasyprint that bionic does not support

the easy fix is to upgrade to ubuntu 20.04 or 22.04 :)


also ubuntu 18.04 support has recently stopped,  https://ubuntu.com//blog/18-04-end-of-standard-support
