[Koha] Issue in starting koha and apache

If you read closely, you have two options. Please follow Option 2. Run
zebraindexer as a daemon.
> *koha at 10:~/koha-3.2.10$ sudo apache2ctl restart*
> apache2: Could not reliably determine the server's fully qualified domain
> name, using 10.0.1.228 for ServerName
That is harmless. THings will still work.
If you find the error an irritant, google up the message - this is
really an apache gripe. You will need to edit something in your
/etc/hosts file, IIRC.
