[Koha] Items for bulk ebook MARC records

We also use Koha for our e-materials. We found the easiest way to correct
this problem, at least for us, was to edit the MARC recods with MarcEdit
adding the 952 fields before staging and importing. In this way we can very
quickly add the required fields to all the records in the batch.
